Enhancement Requests 
From time-to-time as you use Oracle products, you will find that the functionality you desire is not currently available through the product. In cases such as this, you should log an Enhancement Request. For more details on the Enhancement Request process, please see Document 214168.1 on My Oracle Support.  Note: If an Enhancement Request already exists, you will follow the same steps and request within the service request that your company be attached to the existing Enhancement Request
