Get Proactive!
I know I have posted on this before, but it is an extremely valuable resource. Oracle's Get Proactive program is designed to help you prevent and resolve issues. It also has best practices for upgrading. Start at Note:432.1. Select the product you are interested in. (You may have to scroll down to see the selection box.) Then select the Prevent, Resolve or Upgrade button. Specialized information and a list of key notes will be displayed for the product you selected. This is a great place to gather information on how to best operate and maintain your systems.
