My Oracle Support Certification
We recently rolled out the My Oracle Support Level 1 accreditation program for core features in My Oracle Support and product-specific paths for Oracle E-Business Suite and Oracle Database. The program series is designed to help customers increase their expertise with My Oracle Support core functions and build their skills to better leverage product solutions, tools, and knowledge.
We are offering a targeted early adopter campaign through the end of this calendar year. This allows us to work closely with customers to understand their user experience and improve the program to deliver greater value and on-the-job impact. Customers will be able to access and complete their accreditation using Note:1583898.1 in My Oracle Support.
